From choosing your design to receiving your premium photobook — here's our simple 7-step process
Choose Your Cover & Size
Start by browsing our gallery of premium cover designs and selecting your photobook size. Pick the style and format that matches your vision.
- Browse cover designs by category (Wedding, Travel, Birthday, Family, Baby Milestone)
- Choose your photobook size: A5, 8×8, 7×9.5, or A4
- Select your preferred cover type (Softcover or Hardcover)
- Note down your chosen cover code
Choose Your Layout Service
Select from 3 layout service options based on your needs and budget.
- ① Standard Layout (Free) — We arrange your photos following your chosen template, max 2 revisions
- ② DIY Canva Layout (Self-Service) — We send a Canva link to your WhatsApp. Once you're done with the layout, inform us and we'll send you a digital preview
- ③ Customized Layout & Cover (30 AED) — Fully custom design with professional arrangement & multiple revisions

We Design Your Photobook
If you chose Option 1 (Customized Layout), our designers will professionally arrange your photos. A design service fee applies — please review our revisions policy.

Review & Approve
We send you a digital proof of your photobook for review. Check every page carefully and request any changes before we proceed.
- Receive a digital PDF proof via WhatsApp or email
- Review every page carefully before approving
- Request revisions as per your chosen service plan
- Once you approve, we move to payment — no changes after approval
Approve & Pay
Once you're happy with the layout, confirm your approval and complete the payment to proceed to printing.
- Confirm your final layout approval via WhatsApp
- Complete payment to proceed to print production
- Payment is required before printing begins
- No changes can be made after payment is confirmed

Your approved photobook is professionally printed on premium paper, bound, and delivered straight to your doorstep across the UAE.

Common questions about our process
How long does the entire process take?
From order to delivery, expect 7–10 business days. Design approval takes 1–2 days, production 5–7 days, plus shipping time.
Can I make changes after approval?
Once you approve the design and we start printing, changes cannot be made. Please review carefully before approval.
What photo quality do you need?
High-resolution photos (at least 1MB per photo) work best. We can work with phone photos, but higher quality gives better results.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders (2–3 days production) are available for an additional fee. Contact us on WhatsApp for details.
