Payment & Production Policy
- A digital preview/layout will be sent before any payment is requested.
- Full payment is required before printing or production begins.
- Layout approval is valid for 7 days only.
- If there is no response or payment within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer and Secure Payment Link.
- Cash on Delivery is not available.
- Standard production time is 3–4 working days after payment confirmation.
- Production time does not include shipping or delivery.

Shipping Policy
- Shipping fees are charged separately and vary by location.
- Clients must provide accurate delivery details.
- Pixsura Creatives is not responsible for courier delays.
- Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen.
- For international shipments, customs and import duties may apply (client's responsibility).

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All custom-made products are non-refundable.
- This includes: Photobooks, digital products, party favors, custom prints, canvases, frames, 3D frames, and explosion boxes.
- Refunds are only considered if the item is damaged upon arrival (must report within 24 hours with photos).
- Orders cancelled due to no response/payment within 7 days will require a new design/order if the client wishes to proceed later.

- Colors may slightly vary due to screen vs. print differences.
- Clients are responsible for providing high-quality images and checking all details before approval.
- Rush orders may include additional fees.
